I love custard and these were very different, flavored in ways that reminded me of tea or essential oil, the left was lavender, the right was sage and ginger and both were subtle and good, the center though was honey lemon, which I adore, but I hated it - it was super strong and sour like a sour candy, which I actually enjoy, but in small pieces like sour skittles, not in bite after bite
Anyway, it was my fun treat while out to lunch with my husband and nephew and it was an excellent day
To have three to taste must have been special! I like the sound of lemon honey in the middle - probably used quite a bit of the rind, grated. Makes it quite strong!
