My oldest son’s son was born two years ago on the evening of the day my youngest son was awarded emergency custody of his daughter, a sad victory but a crucial one that he has had to fight to keep and done a great job with. Nothing in my life has ever been as amazing as being their grandma. Happy birthday Gavin.
