I was very embarrassed by this picture and hid it for 29 years. But in the photoshop request page on facebook people kept requesting “tree of life” edits on pictures of nursing their babies. After seeing enough I started remembering that feeling of getting up, exhausted in the middle of the night and it feeling like nothing existed except me and that demanding baby I loved so much. So when I saw a similar edit with simple instructions I had to try.
