This is our fourth summer in our countryside house. We bought it after my father died because we had to sell my parent's. Today is my 99th picture, so I thought five years after I could do a little collage with few things in the house. I don't have a tripod so it was quite difficult and from the few pictures I have I choose this ones.
The painting and the furniture have been painted by my dad, he also made the little scene with the soldiers.
My favorite piece is the bottle of wine and the glass wich used to be the vane on their house.
And I just like our little rabbits collection and the summer hats on the stairs...
Living between Paris and the countryside, love taking pictures, a lot of pictures...
Publish different ones from this project on my blog.

What a lovely collage of lovely treasure, how great to be surrounded by so much that means so much! Love you dad's paint work and those soldiers!!! Ha, so you lived near round the corner from Vincent's, what a nice place to be!
Oh, this is so beautiful. What a wonderful way to recall all those moments from the past and keep the memory of your father alive. Some really lovely shots Helene ...
Very, very nice collage. Each photo has a wistful, nostalgic feel. It's always nice to be able to incorporate cherished family heirlooms into our lives.
Oh Helene, living amongst all this beauty, you might not see it as I (we) do...it's so exquisitely *French*! I love the tone you've set with with your decorating touches, and how lovely to have your father's gorgeous painting on the wall. It's a quiet nod to his memory, and, in part, how you came to this summer home. I love the hats...I love the rabbit collection...I love the beautiful painting and lovingly-painted furniture...It all is filled with warmth and it must be a pleasure to spend time there!
Wonderful collage full of nostalgia! I love the arrangement and your sensitive selection of items to include, particularly the pieces created and painted by your Dad. What a sweet way to remember him!
