@allie912 Thank you Allison. It's taken in front of the city hall and yes they flood the place around Christmas time. It's very often used for many different events. During summer and "Paris plage" they built a beach where people play volley or this "game" http://365project.org/parisouailleurs/365/2010-07-21.
