Need a filler as I don't have time to take pictures except a boring sky from the window. I've always loved this sooc poppy, took it 2 years ago in our garden and it's perfect for today.
Anyways, my friends & followers, we are going on vacations, leaving tomorrow morning and I really hope I'll be able connect but I don't take my laptop so I'm not sure... I won't probably commenting on your pictures for the next 10 days either.
I'm about to goal my 365th picture so I don't think even if I can, that i'll upload on my 365's album, I need my computer and dictionnary for this special day!... but I have the extra & the just for fun ones!
I want to thank you all for all the nice and supportive comments you give me and your friendship. For the amazing opportunities to look at wonderful pictures. I'm too addicted to stop 365 and I'm lucky enough to live in a extraordinary city with so many opportunities to photograph.
Now you wanna know where we're going? You can't imagine how excited I am: we're going to discover Philadelphia and then to my favorite city in the world: New York! I already have many pictures from there but it's the first time I'm going with the Nikon D70 (and the p&s wich can be really usefull and easier to use in some occasions...). I'm sure I'll be back with thousands of photos!

Beautiful picture. Have fun on your trip to the states and enjoy New York for me. I used to live on 48th between 8th and Broadway. Loved all the excitement of this city. One of my favorite restaurants is Gabriel's Bar & Restaurant at 11 West 60th Street by Central Park and Columbus Circle. Have fun.
Lovely filler shot. You will be on my continent when I am on yours. I leave next Monday and you will still be in NYC I think. I used to live there as well, but long enough ago that I don't think any recomendations I can make would still be current. Hve a great time and I look forward to your shots when you return.
Not Paris, Italy @parisouailleurs. Rome, Pompeii, Florence and Venice. My mother and I. I won't be back until the first week of June - 13 days. I will take lots of pictures and put them up when I return.
Beautiful poppy. Hope you are having a wonderful time! I haven't been to Philadelphia in many years but am excited to take the girls this summer. You know, Boston isn't too far from NYC (well, three hours)! Can't you swing by? I love that you say NY is your "favorite city in the world!" Paris is mine! Love NY too though...You'll surely have fun and the weather is turning for the better! Safe travels....
@shantwin if it's not to late, wanted to tell you that you really need to be very carefull about pickpockets in Italy, and it's better not to wear jewelry (tip from a friend who lives in Rome for 50 years!)
