@kchuk Thank you Elise. Yes it smells very good. the rosamary has grown so much that I need to cut it and it's another great way the use it, i have too much for the cooking!
What a marvelous idea! We have heaps of it back in CA...never thought to do that with it! (I did, however, receive a gift once, wrapped simply in brown paper with twine and a sprig of rosemary tucked under the knot. Obviously it was special, unusual and beautiful that I recall it all these years later!)
