Ooof - jealous now - we have lilac next to laburnum but I haven't managed to get both in a shot together without a bit of fence interfering. This is a truly lovely shot.

Yes a bit earlyhere too. just took a picture of a chickadee in my lilac tree which is sofar only show its buds.
