poor dogs

Everywhere there are beggars with dogs or cats. I hate the way they exploit animals, give them sleeping pills to keep them quiet and prevent them from moving.

I hate it too.. I once gave a homeless person food for their pet (and for them) and they asked me for money instead and refused the food. I did not know they would give them sleeping pills. That's just awful.

I hate this too, but it's not the case for all though. Some homeless people have a dog for companion and they take really good care of them.

@scatcat this is true; I've seen homeless people with dogs that were energetic, happy and (looked) healthy. These ones in the picture don't, though. :(

@catb yes, and usually homeless people who really love their dogs don't let them like this on the sidewalk. They stay with them. It's obvious the ones on the pic have been placed here to draw attention! Grrrr!!!
