VW Impressions

I saw this well maintained or restored VW bug parked in the back of the high school parking lot, well away from any other cars. Of course, I couldn't pass up the photo op of this beauty. The hint of sunrise color and the silhouetted tree reflecting in its shiny finish were a nice bonus.

I owned one of these some years back. It was my first new car. A 1967 red Volkswagen Beetle. I loved that car! I could go anywhere in any weather, unless the snow was so deep I was pushing it with the bumper.
