@aat3877 Sorry to take so long to reply been away! The answer to your question is a long one - here's the short answer. Historically it was only a carpenters who built these things out of wood each spring to clear out all their old stuff and then they burnt them but over the last 30 years it has become a major tourist attraction but they are too big and too many to keep so they still burn them!
