Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I started hospital full time on Monday, and I happen to be one of the lucky ones who got thrown into the deep end first-off - at the Intensive Care Unit, which entails long hours (7:30am start, and theoretically a 7:30pm finish, although my supervisor always tells me to go home at like 4pm xD; I usually stick around until about 5).
Sooo I haven't had the chance to comment on anyone's photos or do anything except frantically upload a few.
This little moth guy was parked on Alex's kitchen window, on the outside, with its underside facing inside. Not the greatest photo but I thought it was kinda cool.
Also thanks for all the favs/comments on my previous photo! I didn't expect it would get that reaction :)

I think that is kinda cool too! Nice shot - the black works so well with this. Hope you are enjoying your time in the hospital & aren't too exhausted by the end of it.
This shot is so stunning! Also i have high respect for those who can work in a hospital and not get quesy around blood like i do. You are doing a wonderful deed for so many :-)
love these copper tones o the black - it has a mystery about it - it's like a fossil in the glass almost.
Phew - you are having to work hard. Don't over do it.
@pocketmouse Best of luck :) I have some Uni friends who are entering the hospital for the first time next week (but they have 'Public Health' & 'GP' which is less intense than ICU)
Wonderful!! How you have time to do this at all as a med student is beyond me. I have just a normal job and it's still a struggle to shoot and post every day!
@aikiuser ~ It is a struggle on my long hospital days but I usually try and just shoot *something* when I get home. Having a boyfriend who is also on 365 and who motivates me to take photos every day helps too. :) And I make good use of weekends for days when I just don't have the time. :)
