Having not had yoga for 3-ish weeks because of the holidays, and as part of a "resolution" to get more active, I rolled out my yoga mat and did an hour of practice on my own :)
Then I needed my energy stores replenished, so I cooked myself a big hit of pasta with some sauteed mushroom, bok choy, grape tomatoes and, of course, roasted pine nuts! Seasoned it with a bit of rosemary, thyme and basil flakes.

Looks divine Teresa. I "invented" a good one the other day. Try it. Artichoke wedges sautéed quickly in olive oil and garlic. Cleaned and deveined shrimp sautéed in olive oil and garlic. When the spaghetti is ready (al dente) mix everything together and eat! Don't overcook anything! Nice with a glass of good white wine.
First of all, your food shots are amazing! Second, your food shots are amazing!
If this tastes as good as it looks, you must have had an amazing lunch! I had PB&J!
good job on getting back to the yoga. I got a workout in at 5:30AM today, trying to make up for the holidays as well. I like the tomatoes. They really pull it together.
I'm impressed that you had the self-control to get this shot set up and perfect. I think I would have just eaten it right away - it looks absolutely delicious :-)
Lovely composition - I am amazed at how good your food shots are - in most magazine and cookbook photos the food is "tweaked" and played with to the point of toxicity.
This looks so great! I would have to use my quinoa noodles as I cannot eat wheat...but the rest I can eat! I think this looks delicious and will be making it soon!
