Currently shooting on my Google Pixel 2 :)
My full gear set includes:
- Canon EOS 6D body
-...
@maggiemae Yes, I had a tripod! Although I found out the hard way that my remote shutter release that I used on my 500D was incompatible with my 6D! So I just used the 2sec self-timer (to prevent camera shake when hitting the shutter) :)
This lens is primarily for wide-angle use - and isn't specific to night-time use! Its aperture does get as low as f/4 (good in low-light situations), but because I wanted to achieve that starburst effect on the lights, I turned the aperture down to f/13 (and compensated for this by setting a 30-second exposure time).

Lovely shot.
I think I'd like to challenge you to a diptych, either with nature as the subject, or something abstract. How does that sound?
