Blue star

I have bought a close up lens attachment to play with and see if a macro lens would be a good investment. Found some blue glass pebbles to test it on.

I have one of these on the way. I figured it would either cure me of wanting to spend money on a macro lens or make it worse.

Thanks @aponi That was my thought too. I really like some of the close ups I see on the site but have very little idea about macros so I thought I would test the waters - cheaply :)
