This is large version of a table decoration that is often seen here at Christmas. The sails on the top are normally turned by the heat from the candles but this one was powered electrically. The bottom tier included figures of Mary and Joseph, the manger and the 3 kings - the middle tier, shepherds and sheep and the top one angels.
