fab light!! I cannot get shots like this a ll - do you use a tripod as well as high ISO?? (jackie)

@thedarkroom this was shot at iso 6400, f/2.0 and 1/40 sec, spot metering and handheld. Since its a b&w it cover up the noise pretty well.
