@Weezilou - I took this behind a local restaurant, so the tree isn't mine. I was taken with the color and light and didn't think about what it was. Your question made me realize how familiar it is - then I remembered - it's a red smoke tree - I have a lime colored one I love. A highly processed version of mine is in my pic of Aug. 30.
