@brumbe - i almost never put people in a landscape, but i really like the composition of this one - the three figures and dogs, the white flowers around them, the big open space; i'm going to try to paint a watercolor of this one - it's kind of grown on me
Funny you should mention that. While I am not a huge fan of Andrew Wyeth, I could so see this scene done in a water color in his general style. Not sure if that was what you were planning, the grass and position of people just seem to trigger that in my mind. What is even more coincidental is that I saw this photo http://365project.org/kloud/365/2011-12-01 and also felt it was like a Wyeth painting.
