Brilliant photo !Hey, not seen this, its a fairly crazy building, I guess I got used to seeing Lords which is a lot more staid, this one is much more fun!
looks like something from ' Close Encounters !' I think the little guy has gone up the steps now- never to be seen again ! Great shot -thanks for letting us see this.
