Life in the Farsley Lane

Year 2 Day 3

Beautiful sunny day, had to rush this morning getting the kids to school after a late night trying to catch up on 365 so popped out of the office for breakfast in a local cafe, spotted this on the way. Sutcliffe's is a Farsley institution, it's where I get my milk and newspaper from when at work. Farsley seems such a genteel slow moving place sometimes.

What a great place. A real little bit of the past. I should look this up in the census since its been there since 1900. Love all thats going on here, the stripes, the colours, the signs, a wonderful shop display and of course a passer by. Altogether great! :-)

Always makes me smile when I see 'high class grocer' much better then the middle or lowerclass types! Caught the slow pace nicely here.

Oh yea, fast moving life you have there. I like the play of the awnings with the bricks of the buildings.
