Dreams of Leaving

Not sure about this, would've preferred the van not being in it but love the power of the girls face, and I couldn't repose this a minute later...
Only one word for it, Richard ... enigmatic, (Y'know, like the Mona Lisa!)

You don't notice the van for looking at her face - very deep.

I dunno, in a way, the van emphasises the reflecitive expression on the face, telling more of the story. I mean , if she can be so absorbed in her inner world, even with traffic so close....

Was out shooting candids and thinking about all the great shots you get. Love her face.

I love the composition and feel of this photo.

Great candid and processing. The trouble with the street shot, you get what you get.

The thing I love about your candid photos are that you can make up a story of your own. I'm thinking that men are going to jump out of the white van and intercept the woman who's really an assassin. (I probably watch too many movies)

Great picture!

I ike the van there- We dont see vans like that in North America so it makes the scene more exotic for me.

the van there works for this shot.. it tells a little more of the story on this busy street. beautiful!

love the processing here.

Don';t think the van is disturbing. It gives some action and add extra movement to the shot.

To me the van is symbolic of what she is dreaming about, and hopefully getting away from ! The green cast give it a strange other-world atmosphere which adds to the story.
