A Sea of Scent

Visited local garden centre today (and sampled the lovely tea and scones they serve). Outside they have planted a huge bed of lavender, the scent is amazing. A feast for the bees too :-)

Do you know, as I opened this page I actually caught a whiff of lavender! I love lavender, it's my favourite and has so many uses.

I love this photo, Ros, I like the depth of field. It looks rather loke a tall purple forest!
