I'm not really a portrait photographer, but sometimes it's nice to get out of my comfort zone and try new things. This is a shot I took of my best friend Natasha. She was born in Kazakhstan (Russia) and adopted here in the U.S. at the age of 10. We met back in 2010 and have been close ever since.
