Upright

“Do not lose your knowledge that man's proper estate is an upright posture, an intransigent mind, and a step that travels unlimited roads” --- Ayn Rand

I'm not sure about the intransigent part, but the other elements of this quote I like,
and I'm umm going to be intransigent in my decision upon that.

Filler from a walk on Cannock Chase in Jan.

(sooc or should that be soocc - straight out of Cannock Chase)

Loving this shot again. It still gives me chills. I just love how perfectly it stands on that hill. One of my favorite trees on the Hide.

Love this tree...so majestic and beautiful. I really love trees, so you can never go wrong with a photo of one, in my opinion. Beautiful filler.

I like that a lot.

I love how the tree is so alive and drenched in sun. Such a contrast to the dead plants around it. Very powerful!

That's a great tree in that it looks like it has been through a lot but keeps on keeping on.
