Iris with flash

I was taking pictures of my about to bloom iris, when I accidentally activated the built in flash. I liked the shadow created, so this is my picture of the day.

Interesting approach---I never would have thought to use flash. I like the horizontal lines contrasting with the vertical stems.

I didn't think about it, it just happened. sometimes that is the way it is.
