This was taken at just after 3 p.m. The cloud of ash is from the Cameron Peak Fire but has been joined by a fire on the West side of Rocky Mountain National Park called the East Troublesome fire. Middle of the afternoon and we have to turn our lights on in the house because it is so dark. I guess I am beginning to get use to the yellow-orange quality of light we are experiencing as the fires grow.
