I stopped by the Gaithersburg, Maryland (USA) train station en route to get my mother for Thanksgiving today. It was a ghost town.
It is sometimes so easy to focus on the negative, the undone, the mistakes, the wants... but today serves as a great reminder that we all have much to be grateful for.
Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate today and may every day come with a reason to give thanks!
This looks like something out of a Christmas village... and how blessed you are to be able to spend Thanksgiving with your mother, I fondly remember holidays with my Mom and Dad. Their absence is magnified during this season. Hope you had a wonderful day!
