Sylvia - as your get pushed partner this week I challenge you to capture images of green and/or yellow.

Photo taken with my cell phone. Quality not so good. Wanted to take a photo with my macro lens but sorry there were no more cupcakes...
Recipe:

1 Cup Margarine/butter
1 Cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar (soft moist type )
6 heaped tablespoons cacao
pinch of salt
1 Teaspoon vanilla essences
4 beaten eggs
1 cup flour

Melt butter. Add all the ingredients well. Bake in muffin/cupcake pans @ 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Please note no baking powder in this recipe and no need for icing sugar.

@maggiemae I love these. They are like brownies. No baking powder and no icing. I am going to bake some more now.. They taste like brownies. I am going to put the recipe on now as well for those wanting to try.
