Drinking coffee at the Uptown Espresso, sitting outside and enjoying the afternoon sun. The neighborhood's streetcar line came by and I was reminded of the story of how the name came to be...it was called the South Lake Union Trolley until the powers that be realized the unfortunate acronym -- SLUT -- the powers that be tried to change it to Seattle Streetcar ... however seems the name is here to stay. Take a ride on the S.L.U.T. in Seattle... very funny...

Worth asking the question about the colored trolleys just to hear about the S.L.U.T.s of Seattle...lol lol lol I can just see the politicians trying to back peddle on the name...hahaha...makes me think of the faculty evaluation forms our school asked us to start using several years back...it was all about us setting our own goals, blah, blah, blah....they were called "Meaningful Faculty Evaluations" or MFEs for short...can you imagine the nicknames *some* people had for them...of course, not me....!!!!
