Spent the last two days canning jam with Tim, Bryn and Wendy on Samish Island, Washington. Standing outside and admiring the raspberry jam that is on the table cooling. Our first canning effort. I must say, the jam turned our excellent!
What a marvelous perspective to look in on your project! We went raspberry picking a week ago, and that's not the easiest task! What we did bring home was eaten before the following afternoon...no jam in our future...so good for you and your efforts!
