Trumpeter Swans by selkie

Trumpeter Swans

Not the clearest of photos but these swans are so fast that it was all I could do to press the shutter. It is not often that they are so close as well. These Trumpeter swans are tagged, hence the yellow tags, as they are being reintroduced to their native homelands after almost becoming extinct!
So nice. There are apparently about 10000 of these magnificent birds making their regular stop in a community about an hour from here right now. What a site that would be!
