Captured in late afternoon when the temperature was -13 with a windchill of -20, these three men ran down to the water and jumped in! The pebbly stuff on top of the water is ICE! Yelling the whole time they dunked in completely, splashed around for a bit then hightailed it for their cars! They had to be COLD! There was a woman with them, filming the event - she was dressed in a heavy parka, hat, mitts and boots - she was no fool!
