Today I felt a little like this fellow when my camera monitor had neon coloured lines going across it instead of the normal information. On downloading my pis today there were not what they should have been - had to do a lot of processing to make them somewhat acceptable.
When I took my camera in to my camera guy he told me that the sensor in the camera was shot! Yikes!! Then he said it could take weeks before it was fixed! Double Yikes!! Luckily I was able to get another body so I can continue. At least it is covered under warranty.
