The cloud/fog bank was so thick and heavy that there was nary a glimpse of the Toronto skyline this morning - a very unusual occurrence. I waited to see if the sun would make it above the clouds but it only got thicker and higher. The sun did not make an appearance until after 11 am an then it became a lovely hot day!
