Not being rude but this fellow is very grumpy (does not respond to a 'hello' or 'good morning' and growls at dogs and their owners) and he wears shorts no matter what the weather. He comes most days for a brief period at sunrise or a bit later, then packs up his folding chair and drives away. Wish I knew his story......
