I was going to go with a different photo for today's project picture, but I really like how this one came out.
This was taken at the township's Memorial Day Ceremony. There was a parade before the ceremony - the students in the marching bands in the background (a combined band consisting of both of our district's high school marching bands) and the Little Leaguers in the foreground participated in the parade on this hot morning.
What I like about the photo is the almost Norman Rockwell-ish kind of vibe it has. Most of the boys are paying attention to the patriotic tunes while the boy in the black uniform on the right is enthralled with whatever it is that's in his hand. Isn't that always the case - there's always one kid who's simply tired of behaving
