This is one of those days when I'm replacing my picture of the day.
My previous one was decent enough, but there was a lot about the shot that I wasn't happy about; I'll re-shoot that subject another day.
In the meantime, we had a pretty decent rainstorm here this afternoon. I noticed the sun shining on the flowers in my front yard after the storm had passed, and decided that it would be a good opportunity to grab my macro lens and take a couple of shots. This is much nicer than the picture that it replaced.
