22 Years Ago Today....

Twenty-two years ago today my daughter was born. Five weeks premature, but she came out crying and my world hasn't been the same since.

This past May my daughter graduated from college and, a few weeks later, moved out of state. She took most of her belongings with her, but there are still some mementos of her childhood left behind.

This is a lock of hair from her very first haircut. In the background is the teddy bear that we put in her bassinet when she came home from the hospital, along with her baby book.

I am so proud of the lovely and accomplished young woman my daughter has grown up to be. But it seems like just yesterday that we brought our little girl home from the hospital....
