I have a lot of things to do today, so I felt like I was under the gun to take my 365 picture this morning. I didn't really have a good idea about what I wanted to shoot, but I noticed that, despite the nip of fall in the air, the bush in front of my house was still in bloom.
The title isn't exactly accurate - the water came from our sprinkler system rather than from Mother Nature. But for the purposes of the shot, it's the same difference.
I've taken better shots in my life, and I've taken more artistic ones. Nonetheless, I'm grudgingly pleased with this one. I like the fact that my pictures are improving over time, and that even the throwaway shots are getting better.
Me too....having one of those Saturdays. It started early this morning. I just finished cleaning my garage....finally closed our pool which is a relief. That is less work for me. Phew! I love these blossoms...are they from your front or back yard?
