Today I took part in Scott Kelby's Worldwide Photowalk project ( http://worldwidephotowalk.com/ ) and met up with other photographers to shoot in Central Park. I took a lot of pictures, and had a lot of fun.
I was torn about which photo to choose for my project shot today. I took a lot of nice pictures, including some pretty landscapes (which I almost never take).
But this was my favorite picture in the day. And, in typical fashion, I almost missed it. But one of the other photographers pointed out this gorgeous butterfly to me. I had never taken this nice a photo of a butterfly before, and it really made me happy to capture it.
