My last three day weekend until Memorial Day has come to a close, and sad as I am, I'm glad I at least had a brief moment to recharge. Amidst craziness at work and nagging doubts about many areas of my life, it was nice to stand back from it all and relax a little. I closed out the weekend with a challenging yoga class, in which I was clearly distracted and fell more than usual. So after class, I took a walk around the unusually calm and empty Promenade, and tried to clear my head to prepare for my return to real life.
