I finally made it to Art Walk ( http://www.downtownartwalk.com/) which featured: a kind of awesome 3-D blacklight exhibit (see picture -- with 3-D glasses if possible!), food trucks on every corner, live music, sidewalk vendors selling paintings and knick knacks, and the largest collection of people I've seen in one place anywhere in LA. A strange/amazing experience!
