The other time I traveled to BA was in March 2008. On that trip, we also stopped for coffee and pastries at Argentina's oldest cafe, Cafe Tortoni. Today as I re-visited the famous cafe, I was reminded of how much has changed, for better and for worse, since my last trip here.
