Sometimes lately, I feel my life lacks an element of surprise. I have never been one to make lots of plans...but somehow I have also never been one to have juicy unexpected things happen either. But fortune cookies speak the truth, and I should always prepare for the worst -- oh and perhaps leave room for good surprises to creep in too...sigh [/lawyer pessimism]
