It certainly has! The Motel was in the process of being refurbished when I visited. it was built in 1930's and had a number of notable visitors Clark Gable for one. I understand that there are now a number of rooms that have been re-furbished and available for rent. 4-5 years ago it was little more than a shell that was going to be demolished.
