@pittcj17@danette@ladymagpie good that you something in it, tried to reduce the tonal range to bring out stronger definition but still didn't do it for me....
@susale Thank you, I love B&W and in truth I sort of miss those Saturday nights in the Bathroom/makeshift darkroom!! I tried to alter the tonal range to what I would have expected grade 4 paper to produce in the film days so the stronger structure is more evident. Maybe for my own personal satisfaction I need to do more selective editing of the tree so it's not to strong. I don't like the way the detail in the top of the towers is lost not that it was ever that strong in the colour version... .. This is fabulous feedback everyone I really appreciate it - thank you.
