War Zone....

When we went over to Croft Castle today,we saw a sign saying "skirmish at 3.pm in the castle grounds" so I had the opportunity to take this photograph of the re-enactment of the 1745 Jacobite rebellion.

We can see something similar in Colonial Williamsburg, a restoration of the first capitol of Virginia, about an hour's drive from my home. Men do seem to like playing soldier!
