I think three images makes a mini-series, right? This is the lower waterfall at the Webb Bridge Park spur trail, taken handheld at 1/15 second. If you look at the foreground of my February 5 project, you will see where this waterfall begins. Best viewed large. On my wish list now - a very tiny tripod so I can retake this at a slower shutter speed - there is no image stabilization on the prime lens and 1/15 second is getting real close to my personal limit of how steady I can be handheld without IS.
Great mini series... All beautiful. This would have been interesting as a bracketed shot. I have played around with HDR and running water. The water comes out very milky almost feeling the flow. But this as a single shot is fantastic
I love the lighting - and am a sucker for flowing water.. I looked at a lot of the little twisty type tripods before our last trip. I am really happy with the full sized light weight one. Have to ask my husband how he feels after lugging it around.
