Broad Street in downtown Athens, Georgia

Broad Street faces the UGA campus and is lined with outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. Nice wide sidewalks with trees makes this a lovely place to stroll or sit and have a drink. Best viewed large.

Great candid street shot .... looks so inviting and colorful. We had lunch at The Varsity back in 2003 across from the UGA arch. I don't recall sidewalk cafes back then, b/c I'd be there for sure. But we were only there 2 days. Next time (if we ever go back) I'll take my camera!!!
